We want you to be happy with the spectacles or products that you order from us. If for any reason you are not happy we offer a 100%, no quibble, guarantee on the frames you choose.
To make sure you are happy with your new spectacles, you have 14 days to try them to make sure they are the ones for you. In the unlikely event you don’t like them, then return them in the condition they arrived in, i.e. not scratched or damaged in any way, with a copy of the original delivery note. We will then return the price of your frames.
Please note we refund your money minus any delivery charges paid out by us when originally sending out your goods.
When sending your goods back to us we suggest using recorded delivery so that you have proof of postage. We are not responsible for them until they have been delivered to us at our contact address. This address can be found on the contact us page of this website.
